Operator
The service is operated by SESSILE STUDIO LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, hello@zusage.app ("we", "us"). Using the site means you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.
What Zusage.app provides
Zusage.app provides self-service tools for renters in Germany: listing term prompts, renter profile structure, German application copy, checklist material, optional paid PDF or ZIP exports, and related practical content. The output is a starting point for your review, not a guarantee that a landlord, agent, platform, authority, or other third party will accept it.
Not professional advice
Zusage.app provides informational drafting and organisation support only. We do not review your contract, tenancy situation, immigration status, tax position, affordability, Schufa file, or legal rights. You are responsible for checking every statement, figure, date, translation, and document before using it with a third party. If a decision has legal, financial, immigration, or housing-risk consequences, get qualified advice.
Your responsibilities
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, infringing, or harmful content, and you must not use the service to misrepresent your finances, employment, household, documents, or identity. Only include information you can verify and are comfortable sharing with the relevant landlord, agent, or platform.
You must not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass access controls for the service, checkout, account, export, or entitlement systems.
Accounts and access
Free browser-first features may work without an account. Paid downloads and access restoration require email sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. We may suspend or refuse access if we reasonably believe use is abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, technically harmful, or contrary to these terms.
Fees, checkout, and merchant of record
Some features are paid. Prices, taxes, currency, payment methods, and checkout terms are shown at checkout. Where Paddle is shown as merchant of record, Paddle sells the digital product to you, processes payment, handles tax, and provides receipts, refunds, and chargeback handling under Paddle's terms and policies. We use Paddle's payment events to grant or remove access in the app.
Unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise, paid digital access starts after successful payment and is tied to the signed-in email account used for checkout.
Refund promise and consumer rights
In addition to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law or Paddle's merchant-of-record terms, we offer a simple 14-day refund promise for the application pack. If you buy the paid pack and decide it was not useful, email hello@zusage.app within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and, if available, your order or transaction reference.
Mandatory consumer, cancellation, conformity, refund, and warranty rights remain unaffected. If there is a conflict between these terms and mandatory law that applies to you, the mandatory law controls.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for security, maintenance, provider changes, legal compliance, or product development. We may update these terms by posting a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the service after a change, that indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the website, software, design, templates, examples, guides, and product content. You may use outputs created for you through the service for your own rental search. You may not copy, resell, publish, scrape, or repackage the service, templates, guide content, or generated example structure as a competing product or content library without our written permission.
Third-party services and links
The service depends on third-party providers such as Supabase and Paddle, and may link to outside websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites, landlord portals, agent systems, payment-provider outages, or decisions made by landlords, brokers, portals, tenant organisations, employers, banks, credit bureaus, or public authorities.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee a housing outcome, landlord response, legal accuracy for your situation, translation suitability, payment-provider availability, or that every generated phrase, checklist item, benchmark, or warning term is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of opportunity; loss of housing; lost profits; lost data; or decisions you make using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us or Paddle for the relevant paid feature in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Complaints and support
For support, refund requests, or complaints, email hello@zusage.app with your full name, contact email, order number or transaction reference if available, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant documents.
We aim to acknowledge complaints by email within 5 working days and usually complete our investigation within 14 days. If we need more time, we will let you know. Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include a refund, credit, discount code, technical fix, explanation, or providing the relevant service again.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights in your country of residence. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protections or mandatory rights to bring claims in another jurisdiction.
