What the product does

- Provides a free limited preview before the one-time paid download step.
- Organises letter, e-mail, portal copy, Mieterselbstauskunft, and document-checklist output.
- Keeps the renter in control: every statement should be reviewed before it is sent.
What it does not do
Zusage.app is not a landlord, broker, relocation agency, tenant association, law firm, or credit bureau. It does not supply Schufa, verify documents, review contracts, guarantee a viewing, or promise a housing outcome. Contract and legal questions need qualified advice.
